    We have a customer that just got HubWatch for windows. He is asking how
    does he upgrade his DECBridge90 (dewgb-ma)from 1.14 to 3.1 or higher

	Ron, From the numbers you showed, it appears you have confused ROM revisions with FLASH revisions. There is a 1.14 ROM and there is a 3.1 FLASH but not vice- versa. Updating the FLASH to 3.1 is well defined and is discussed elsewhere in this conference. However, there is NO WAY to update the ROM. The ROM revision is tied to the hardware type and revision and they are NOT upgradable. I am not HUBwatch knowlegable so I won't guess as to why you might want or need to have a higher ROM revision, but if you do, the only way to get it is to swap the box with one at a newer hardware revision. Conversely, the V3.1 FLASH image works in all boxes so just reload it. /mj
