i had a discussion with customers today after demonstrating HUbwatch ; they found the product so easy to use that they consider it is useable by native operators ( who are not at all fluent in English ) so they ask if the menus only could be available in native language ( French in my case ) ; of course when detailing a module , it is not sensible to try to translate more "technical" terms ( just for fun we tried to translate the snmp variables in French and that ended in frank hilarity ) any other requests from other countries ? regards PJ

How much demand is there for this? We follow a lot of the basic i18n stuff (most text is defined in uil files, etc), but this hasn't been a priority. I like the MIB variable translation! Tom Hood HUBwatch | |||||
