hi , on Decbridge900Mx , in filter option under Hubwatch V3.0, a Rate limiting for multicast/broadcast storm is available how is calculed this limit (what's kind amont of traffic) any possibility now or in the future to adjust/modify/customize this value?? thanks for any comments Jean-Yves

In the bridge configuration window you can enable and disable rate limiting, and set the frames/second value. Rate limiting then applies to any protocol or multicast address for which you've added a filter with the Rate Limit characteristic. (Get to the config window through the bridge summary window. Press the More Information button with the picture of a bridge being added to a network. The range of frames/second is a slider that goes from 100 to some big number.) Tom Hood HUBwatch | |||||
