	  DECHUB WAVE 2 PRODUCTS ARE ALL NOW SHIPPING IN VOLUME
          -----------------------------------------------------

	I want to congratulate the M&L team that made the quick turnaround
after design release happen! Your efforts have minimized customer slips and
will leverage + $40 million for corporate revenues in Q4.

	Not only did we make 5 Network products and a new version of HUBwatch
ship, but we successfully completed an early ship program that shipped 900 
units of products to 200 customers in March thru early May which was critical 
to holding business in place.

	The best part of this program was that we worked as team both within
M&L and with our partners in Engineering, Product Management and Marketing.
We all took and shared the risk and the results are evident. It was down to
the wire but we made it happen!!!! 

	Again, I want to thank all for the long hours, extra duty and other
sacrifices that made this program successful.
