    ***  The DECagent 90 V2.1 release is now available!  ***

    This is the SSB release.  The code will identify itself as V2.1.3.

    Online kits are posted in the ONEHUB area on node QUIVER as noted below.

    Please refer to the $$README.TXT file for instructions regarding kit
    installation and upgrade procedure.  Pointers are given to the latest
    DECNDUplus kits and to the DECagent 90 documentation which is associated
    with this release.  Note that there are no documentation changes for this
    release.  The V2.0 documents apply in their entirety to this release.

    The V2.1 release notes included in the kit contain the same information as
    the V2.0 release notes regarding improvements over the V1.1 release and
    known restrictions for this release.  The V2.1 release notes also contain
    the bug fixes made to the V2.0 image.
