Hello again, i don't if the problem is the same worldwide but here in France, all Hub900 bought with HUBwatch for DOS are shipping with V1.1 of Hubwatch for dos and of course does'nt works during the installation process on customer site. any feedback/pointers to the right people to escaladed this problem will be welcomed. thanks Jean-Yves

I have asked my contacts in the U.S. SSB to check with their counterparts in the European SSB. Initial data suggests that there is a 2 week delay from FRS in US to FRS in Europe. However, this sounds like the date has already passed for this to be the reason. jack |
