    My customer just received the following and has interpreted it with
    some level of concern.  From reviewing this conference it certainly
    appears to me that we are presently shipping V2.0, and it seems that
    V3.0 and V4.0 are on the drawing board.
    
    What we have shipped to the customer is V1.0 and they are contacting
    their source for the product as the following message suggests.  What 
    is the story, and how should I proceed to get the customer the current
    version presuming it is V2.0?  Also, is this a supported product from
    the CSC?  And, what is the significance of this note being included in
    the software distribution?  I myself find it quite confusing and
    somewhat unintelligble.
