    ***  The DECagent 90 V2.0 release is now available!  ***

    This is the SSB release.  The code will identify itself as V2.0.16.

    The files are posted in the ONEHUB area on node QUIVER as noted below.
    Please note the directory has changed to V2_0 from the previous T2_0.
