    Can you reset the 900 mx fddi concentrator factory default parameters for
    port 1 and 6 that are set to port 1 = A port and port 6 = B port to
    port 1 and 6 both = M port via the out of band management port of the
    onehub via command line instructions?

    I have read the sales update and installation manual and only find
    reference to HUBwatch being used to reset ports 1 and 6 of the
    deconcentrator 900mx .

    I have a customer needing the 900mx to interconnect 5 axp 150 pc's
    using utp fddi and do not have hubwatch as an option for these
    platforms as yet to my knowledge.

    Many thanks in advance;

    The ports can be changed, but not via any command line interface.

    First, the OBM port is SLIP _only_; it does not support any command
    line.

    You can modify the module configuration, including the port types,
    using any SNMP manager; the MIB for this will be published when the
    module ships. It need not be HUBwatch (though that is obviously
    easiest when it is an option).
