I am not sure that this is the correct conference to ask this questions but 
if not, I hope someone can point me to the correct conference.

I have a customer that wants to attach a 28.4 Vfast modem to a DECBrouter 
90.

Is that possible in some way?

This customer wants to buy about 50+ DEChubs around the state of Ohio but 
has a lot of 9600 and 14000 dial-up lines hooked to Mux's.  They want to 
upgrade the services to these sites to Ethernet so that he can force the 
remote sites to upgrade the lines to at least 56K.
