    I copied HUBWatch 2.8 to my local VAX.  Ran a program on the files to
    take them from Stream to 512 fixed records.  Used Kermit to copy to my
    PC.  Execute Install.exe.  When Install window appears it immediately
    halts and displays:
                       FATAL ERROR at Script Line 0
                           Invalid File Header.
                                    OK
    After clicking on okay it displays:
               SHADOW caused a General Protection Fault in
                     module KRNL386.EXE at 0003:0932
                                  Close
    What is wrong here?  I copy programs all the time with kermit after
    using the convert program.  I have copied from the NAC node twice, the
    latest being the 2.8 versions.  It must be the Installit program.
    
    Any help would be appreciated.

    I have run into this same problem as .1 on a DECpc 425SLC.  I used ZMODEM
    to transfer the files.  I copied the files on March 8th.  In case it
    matters, my disk is doublespace'd.

    I've determined that my HUBwatch installation problem is related to the
    hubwt28.001 file.  If I rename the file, the INSTALIT process continues
    and asks what installation I want to do. Eventually INSTALIT complains
    that it cannot find the library file.  I'll try retransmitting the
    hubwt28.001 file and see what happens.
