    Hello !
    
    Last Friday I installed DEC NDU V2.0, registered and loaded the
    DECNDU-V license on a VMS V5.5-2 DECnet OSI V5.6A (wave III) TestSystem - 
    but ndu dosen't load the DEFEB_6xx_V13B.SYS image to my DECBridge600 !
    A $download show dev 08-00-... works fine !
    
    The same NDU Version on a DECnet-VAX V5.5-2, VMS V5.5-2 (PHASE IV) 
    system works great !
    
    Is DECNDU only supported under DECNET Phase IV - I can't find the info
    in the Documentation !
