A customer has reported a hang problem with HubWatch V1.0 runing under
Windows V3.1 and DOS V4.1.
HubWatch has been running for a couple of days and then it displayed
the following error message :
core protection : error in module POLLDLL 0001:28Ca
Has anyone experienced this problem? Any idea what the problem might
be? This is a new istallation. I have told him to upgrade to V1.1.
Regards,
Denny.

We didn't hear about this problem until we were ready to release V1.1, then we thought it was just a V1.1 problem, not a V1.0 problem. Anyway, after many attempts to fix this bug (we have to wait at least 12 hours to see if it's going to fail), we may finally have a fix. The current beta of V1.1 that may fix this problem can be copied over the net. See NAC::MANAGEMENT:WINDOWS_SETUP.TXT for instructions. | |||||
