I am in need of DECagent v1.1 or higher.  Can anyone give me a pointer.
    
P.S. I cannot access the files on QUIVER::PROJ$722:[ONEHUB.RELEASE.DENMA.V1_1],
     refer to note 276.1 of HUB_MGNT.
