    All 3 ports of a DECrepeater 90FA can be on at the same time, ie, it is
    a 3 port repeater.  This would allow the following connections:
    
    	Fiber port:	62.5 fiber to another building 200 feet away
    
    	AUI port:	Connection to an H4005 for thickwire connectivity
    
    	Thinwire port:	Connection to a DECbrouter 90T1
    
    IS this correct?

	RE: .3 >> YES - HEARBEAT MUST BE OFF for the DECrepeater 90FA AUI port. Steve, Why is this? And if so, it should be CLEARLY documented in the manual. All DECrepeaters I've seen, you don't have to disable SQE unless it was connected to a delni. Brad
