371.5 | Spool copy it. | QUIVER::GALLAGHER | | Fri Mar 04 1994 09:39 | 11 |
| Finding a European locations sounds like a good long-term solution.
In the short-term, however, you might want to try the VMS FTSV
command. FTSV is a "File Transfer Spooler for VMS". One of the
features:
o If the network link between the source and destination
nodes fails for any reason, the SPOOL copying will not be
aborted. Instead, the batch job will pause and try to copy
the files again later.

371.6 | European location | BIKINI::KRAUSE | European NewProductEngineer for MCC | Mon Mar 07 1994 06:29 | 22 |
| >Finding a European locations sounds like a good long-term solution.
Stop searching. The kit (PWULT110-T2.tar.Z) is currently being copied to
BIKINI::HUB_DISK:[PROBE]PWULT110-T2.TAR_Z
This is a VMS machine located in Europe (Munich) and hosts all I can get
about DEChub 90/900 (HUB_DISK), Polycenter NetView (NETVIEW_DISK) and
Polycenter Network Manager aka MCC (MCC_DISK).
It is accessible via DECnet (BIKINI is 49.833) and/or via FTP
(hadres.muh.dec.com 16.185.128.45) user 'anonymous'.
Given the amount of stuff I have to keep track on BIKINI, I might miss a
new release. But if you send me mail when a new kit is available, I'll
put it on my disk for public access asap.
