| I got mine working fine, did you follow the instructions in the README.TXT file
(release notes). That's all we did.

| Sounds like you are have not done the drive installation correctly.
Many of us have gotten our PCs working withHUBwatch. The driver
installation is not a simple install and that is why we have develoeped
elaborate directions, which the gentleman in note .2 seems to have been
able to follow. I would suggest you start at the top on the directions
again and then call Colarado if you are still having problems. A far
as I know they have it running.

361.4 | what configurations do you have? | TENNIS::KAM | Kam USDS (714)261-4133 (DTN 535) IVO | Wed Sep 01 1993 21:01 | 18 |
| I followed the directions in the manual and readme file. Do you know
why the DE201 doesn't return a valid ethernet address?
What file is run that looks for the DEPCA? And what doesn't it find
that causes the message No DEPCA detected?
Under PATHWORKS there is NO ethernet address returned with the DE201.
With a DEPCA, older no longer support module, it returns an ethernet valid
address. Customer don't want to see it with the DEPCA module.
I believe that the manual indicates that if the ethernet address is
00-00-00-00-00-00 the configuration is incorrect.
Can you provide the System type and ethernet interface for those that
have successfully installed HUBwatch for Windows.

361.5 | might be a partially defective DE201 | TENNIS::KAM | Kam USDS (714)261-4133 (DTN 535) IVO | Thu Sep 02 1993 12:58 | 9 |
| I swapped out the DE201 with the OLDER DEPCA module. Things look alittle
better. When I did the PING -t IP_ADDRESS the # of tries and successes counters
incremented. It appears that the DE201 might have something wrong with the
ethernet address prom. The DE201 work great under PATHWORKS.
