337.0. "Authentication failure trap" by GIDDAY::CHONG (Andrew Chong - Sydney CSC ) Tue Aug 17 1993 04:42
I am reporting an observation I see when adding DS90TL via Hubwatch V1.1.
In the Add Module menu , under Management information
the community field has a space before the cursor , so that if one types
public as the community name , it actually becomes "<sp>public" .
This causes failure to add the module
"Authentication failure trap".
"An error occurred while attempting to add module"
Every other field in the Add Module menu also has a space before it but
ofcourse only the community name would cause a problem.
Would you consider this as a bug ? and fix it ?
Andrew
