Can a DECbrouter 90 be installed in the same hub with a DECbridge 90? I have a client that is looking to add a single remote site to an existing network. All the DEChubs are connected to a Thickwire backbone using DECbridge 90s. I now need to add a single DECbrouter 90 to one of the Hubs (if possible). I'd hate to have to add a single port Ethernet repeater to the thickwire just to add the DECbrouter 90 at the central site... Thanks Jim

> Can a DECbrouter 90 be installed in the same hub with a DECbridge 90? Yes; if the DECbrouter is to run with bridging enabled to the remote site, please make sure that the spanning tree modes on the DECbridge and DECbrouter have the same default. |
