Hi All: I am having a problem with 90tls and Hubwatch doing sets. Hubwatch V1.1 on Ultrix 4 Meg 90tls Loading: MNENG2.SYS;1 2038 3-MAR-1993 09:00:26.26 The sets timeout. Is there any wierdo setting on the 90tls that I have to do. The 90tls display fine in the hub and as a stand alone agent but no can do sets. thanks for the help ort1

At the terminal server, do the following: > SHOW SNMP | SNMP State: ENABLED Authentication Failure: ENABLED | |Community Name Address GET GETNEXT SET TRAP | |WRITEME ANY ENA ENA ENA DIS |READIT ANY ENA ENA DIS DIS The community you're using must have SET enabled. In the above example, WRITEME has SET enabled, and READIT does not. By default, communities in the 90TL are not SET enabled.
