Where can I find the PAK for VMS?

I looked in VTX for the obvious "hubwatch...", but could not find.

I'm trying to get it up and running in our demo center to work in conjunction
with or DEChub 90.

	Is this file really here? I have looked and get a NSF. With the protection on the directory set as it is, one can't look at the directory itself. Thanks.
