127.1 | What version were you running, FT by 22 Jan | EMDS::SEAVER | LENAC Net Mgnt Mktg 223-4573 | Sun Jan 17 1993 21:08 | 9 |
| what version of HUBwatch for VMS did you install? As far as I know
there is not an official one out, so I need to know where you got your
version before I can help you.
P.S. Filed test version should be coming out to the management
interest distribution (you are on it) by the end of this coming week. I
saw it running at Networld last week.
to get on this distribution, send mail to EMDS::SEAVER

127.2 | From Bikini | BACHUS::FOLENS | | Mon Jan 18 1993 07:58 | 7 |
| I've installed T1.0 of Hubwatch for VMS.
I retrieved the soft from node Bikini which is managed by Robert
Krause (TSSC Munich). This node is our major node in Europe
to retrieve field test software concerning network management in
particular DECmcc related.

127.4 | Clarification | BIKINI::KRAUSE | European NewProductEngineer for MCC | Thu Jan 21 1993 08:26 | 19 |
| Bill, Geert,
to clear up the matter:
The HUBwatch software that I put on BIKINI::MCC_DISK: was the
first port to VMS (dated 23-SEP-92). It is not a kit, just a
bunch of files.
We used it here a few times for demos where we were bound to an
MCC/VMS system (MCCSNA is VMS only). I didn't mean to "release"
it that way. It merely was meant as a convenience for other
"demonstrators" (use at your own risk).
As soon as the official field test kit is ready I'll put it on
my disk, removing the unsupported version.
Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
*Robert
