Hi Bill:
THis memo is long over due. As you known I spent a good part of
last week playing with and eventually demoing hubwatch for windows. It
is a great product, I love it!!! It is simply, it is funtional, it is
low cost and it runs on a pc, and it's what the customer want.
Now for the bad news. The product has a bug in it the make it
UNUSABLE AT A CUSTOMER SITE. If you have one decagent in a hub
everything works wonderful. But if you try and manage another hub and
you tell hubwatch that you are using and existing agent, it never gives
you a choice of pick that agent. Now if you logon directly onto to the
agent with a terminal the agent works fine and you can manage mutiple
hubs so the problem seems to lie in hubwatch.
I am supposed to install this at the cleveland turnpike commision
ASAP, But they have multiple hubs at this won't work. HELP.

This "bug" still exists in Beta4; at the moment, we are having a
discussion with the developers as to whether the multiple hub
support on one agent was in the specs. We hope to have this cleared
up soon.
