Hello

	We have installed Exchange 4.0 + SP3 in one of our customers
	We also successfully configured  MS-mail Connector Service
	But we have problems starting Directory Synchronization Service
	with MS-MAIL

	Following error occurs:

	Initialization of the dynamic link library
	C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\USER32.DLL failed
	The process is terminating abnormally

	Could not start the Microsoft Exchange Directory Synchronization 
	service on \\SRVCENTRAL ----------->  (Exchange server)
	Error 2186: The service is not responding to the control function


	At the Event Viewer we see 2 errors:

	The Microsoft Exchange Directory Synchronization Service
	failed to start due to the following error:
	The service did not respond to the start control request in a 
	timely fashion.

	Timeout ( 120000 milliseconds) waiting for service to connect.

	Any idea about this problem ??
