    Hi,
    
    I am having major problems with printing any attachments to any e-mail
    that I have in either Exchange or Outlook. Each time I send a job to
    the printer I just get black boxes printed on a page without any
    attachments bring printed.
    
    As mentioned earlier, I do have the print attachment box checked in the
    print option.
    
    Any idea what could be going wrong?
