Many of the windows on the Exchange client don't have an obvious
method for resizing them. The window when you select 'Options...'
from the 'Tools' menu is one example. Is there some when to resize
or change the font on those windows?

Re .0, why would you want to do that?
The only time one would want to do that is when it is too large on the
display screen to get at the buttons properly. These property windows
should theoretically fit within a 640x480 display screen.
