How do I get nicknames into Outlook. Rather than keep entering long names, I want to use nicknames. Any clues ? Alan

If you use your contacts folder, then you can put in a nickname for each contact by viewing the properties of the contact and selecting the "Details" tab. Near the bottom of the form, there is a nickname field you can enter. If you want to use nicknames for other Exchange users in your Exchange organization, then just use there alias name. Exchange will resolve it for you. Nigel.

If you want YOUR nickname to show (Jim instead of James) as I did, you have to log a HOTLINE call and have some wizard make the change Jim Z
