    Does anyone know how to customize the order of the "Create new PAB
    entry" selection items?
    
    Since every PAB entry I create is an Internet address and *not* a
    Microsoft Mail adrdess, I'd like to change the order in which the
    options appear in order to save some mouse navigation and extra
    time/energy.  I want to move "Internet Mail" to the top of the list and
    remove some of the options which will never be applicable to my
    environment.
    
    Is this possible?  How?
