The Application Systems Engineering Performance Group (ASEPG) is pleased to 
announce the availability of an 18 page document titled "AlphaServer 1000
5/300 Running the Integrated Telecommunications AlphaServer Option".  This
document is accompanied by a two page Performance Flash on the same subject.

These documents characterize the performance of the Integrated 
Telecommunications AlphaServer Option running on the Digital AlphaServer
1000 5/300. Tests were done using a comprehensive messaging workload that
included electronic mail, facsimile, and telephony operations.

The document is available in PDF format (240K characters), and PostScript 
format (1083K characters). Topics include information on the workload, 
test methodology, characterization process and environment.

The name and form of the documents were specified by the AlphaServers
marketing people who reviewed them.  If there is a problem then Mike
