Hello,
We use the UDP (User defined processes) functionality in Ai1 to a great extend.
All our communication with customers is based upon UDP's.
We use Standard documents created in ai1. From various reports, pieces of info
is extracted and put in those standard documents, distr.lists are added etc..
automatically.
This saves us a lot of time
Reading through the MS-Exchange documentation I have, I didn't read
anything about similar functionality(ie. Macro recording), as mentionned
above.
Does such functionality exist in MS-Exchange and if not, how did you solve
it ? We rather not do it all manually again.
