OK, this maybe a novice question here, but I seem to run from one into the
other.
I found the GCC C compiler on the net. Running any of the executables on
my MEGA-ST 4 turns into nothing. Docs are kinda "brief" in the supplied
arc-files. But I did notice a consitancy in the quest for Emacs. So I
downloaded emacs. Wonderful. But it seems to need a shell. Preferably the
Mark Williams shell.
Is there another one I could use? shareware or freeware?
Hey, I about to discover the wonders of "C" on my Atari. I'd first like to
see what can be done before I buy anything!
Am I on the right track of piling up applications?
Or don't I understand the business of it?
