    I'm looking for a piece of software that will allow me to write text in
    large letters on the screen, and scroll forward/backwards thru the text
    with a keystroke or two.
    
    I tried using SEDT (and the large font size) ... it would be great,
    except that I can't get rid of the status line or the ruler display.
    
    Any suggestions?  I poked thru several repositories on the net, but to
    no avail.
