    Jaak,
as far as I know there are no dedicated Atari shops in Munich, but
Media Markt and Ludwig Computer (both in Euro-Industrie-Park) have
Ataris plus software plus peripherals besides other brands.
There is another Ludwig Computer Shop at Rindermarkt in the city, if
that is more conveniant for you.
But the best try is the Schillerstrasse close to Hauptbahnhof, where
almost every second shop is a computer- or electronic shop (the other
half are niteclubs and bars). You probably find there what you want :-)

1137.2TRY BETTER STUTTGART!!!!BHAJEE::SURAUFThu Jun 06 1991 18:2413
    hi jaak,
if you have a bit time and a bit fun of travel to stuttgart,
there is a VERY good ATARI-Computershop in the near of Stuttgart.
Just take the train from Munich to Stuttgart and get the "Tunnelbana"
to Ludwigsburg, then catch a taxi to the "Breuninger Land" and look for
    SCHREIBER-COMPUTERS!
The People there are very helpfully.
If you like, i pick you up at Stuttgart RAILSTATION and we drive to
Ludwigsburg. You can also accommodate in my house, if you want. Then we
can sit and discuss ATARI questions ONLINE. :-))

re .-1

Rolf, why should he go outside of Stuttgart to Ludwigsburg? Schreiber has also
some shops in town, at least one dedicated for Ataris. Try Schreiber at the
Rotebhlplatz (S-Bahn Station "Stadtmitte"), 10 minutes from the Hauptbahnhof
if you walk, 4 minutes if you take the S-Bahn. But I would not make a more than
two hour trip to Stuttgart to go to Schreiber, especially as they are much more
expensive than others. In Stuttgart we have at least two cheaper shops. Walliser
in Cannstatt is the better one, Computer Schmitt the other.

Again, if you are in Munich, stay there

There's also another computer store, which carries ST-Hardware,
    -Software and -Books.
It's called "COM Computer Zentrum" at the Isartor U-Bahn station.
You just go to Isartor on the Subway, get out towards "Stadtmitte"
(City-center) or "Viktualienmarkt" and it's right there.
Don't expect too much attention from the salespeople, but they have a
pretty good selection of ST-stuff, including a PD-copy service.

    Cheers,

    	Christoph
1137.5Thank's to all of you!STKHLM::ARENDIJaak Arendi TSC/VIASat Jun 08 1991 06:138
Thanks's for your answers. Just out of curiousity, is it common in
Germany that the computer shops aren't specialized for one or another
mark(?) of computer? BTW I think I'll stay in Mnchen for the weekend
20-23/6 so i'll have plenty of time walking around the atari-shops.
    	Thank's once again
