    Is there anybody who has an External disk drive with lead that would
    be willing to sell it ! I am after one because I have an Atari ST,
    with the internal drive that can only read one side of disks.
    I have many programs that have Programs on side two and I cannot
    use them due to the fact the diskdrive cannot read two sides .

    As some of you may know i am looking for a Hard disk (either
    15/20/30Mb)
    
    However i have a limited budget so i thought a second hand HD may
    be apropiate.
    
    I have found a 15mb disk for sale for �200. Is this worth it, because
    i know you can get brand new 30mb disks for �400.

    take a look at ST-Computer's "Sonderdisks" or PD-Collection where they
    have the Weller-Tools for GFA. The X-Ref portion is great!

    I upgraded my ST to Tos 1.4, after that did not the" Run only OMIKRON
    Basic" work at all it indicated an address error.
                                     
    Do any one have a PD version of RUN only Omikron Basic that work
    with Tos 1.4 ?

        Mods.   .    .I  checked to see if there was a generic WANTED
        note and couldn't  find one.  If this belongs somewhere else,
        please feel free to move it.
        
        WANTED:    720KB  DS-DD  3�"  floppy    drive  for  a  520ST.
        (hopefully with cable since this will be  a  secondary drive)
        Doesn't  have  to  be  pretty,  as  long  as    it'll   work.
        Unfortunately, I'm not very rich or I'd be out  looking for a
        new unit.

    I have recently buyed a ROLAND RA-50 and do own a DSR2000 keyboard
    and now I want connect these two to a computer and it seems that

We are looking for a word processing package for an Atari 1049ST for our son.
WordPerfect would be a good choice although we may consider others.  If

Anyone have a laptop (any kind) they want to sell?

My daughter is getting into a lot of story writting, but wants to relax while
she writes and not have to be sitting at the 1040ST in the computer room.

     Look for the STaceys used.... My friend got 2 functioning units for
    $200 each.. (1 had 1 meg, other had 2 megs ram.. One with a 40 meg HD,

    I'm looking to enhance a friend's ST with a harddisk. Since I have an
    Omti 5520 and several ST506 disks, the most appropriate would be to
    build the C't adapter described in several replies to note 41. I even
    had the volume it was described in, but apparently lost it during a
    move. So I'm looking for (in decreasing priority):
    
    - a copy of the article
    - a floppy with the drivers (I know next to nothing about Atari
    programming, and I don't know if she has any tools with her ST I'd need
    to write/compile them; I'm from PC-land)
    - the adapter board (either built-up or empty, doesn't matter)
    
    Another option would be a ST-to-SCSI converter with drivers; it would
    be quite possible to find some small SCSI disk to go with it.
    
    Please reply by mail to HLDE01::STEENWINKEL, since I don't regularly
    read this file. Note that I'm in the Netherlands, which may matter
    w.r.t. sending stuff.

Anyone have a dead Atari Taiwan Mouse they want to get rid of cheap? I have
one that needs the plastic platform replaced, it's the piece of plastic on the
inside with the tabs that stick up and hold the two metal rollers.

Any one have NeoDesk V3 they would like to sell?  I just switched to large
partitions on my hard drive and found out real quickly that my version of
NeoDesk (V2.05) doesn't work them.

I can order the upgrade from Gribniff but I was hoping I could back up and
running quicker than that.

    Looking for a used ATARI STe to use for MIDI/Keyboard. Must be fully

    Need one in the UK and very cheap!! My keyboard teacher uses one and

Apolgies if covered elsewhere, not sure what keyword to look for unti I get
a reply to this! Feel free to move this note, I will cross post this in the
wanted section anyway.

I am wanting to buy an atari (cheap), primarily for the midi seq software, but
also would like to use the pc emulator sw, graphics etc. I also have various
keyboards (korg M1, roland d70 and a yamaha tx81z module) and wonder if there
is stuff specically for them models. 

I am confused by the all models advertised in the free adds eg ste, stfm 
and the various memory sizes. What I want to know if which models/memory size
should I get in order to do the above. I also I remember some later models
had a D/A converter on them, what are they called?

If I get a cheap 520 say how much would it cost to upgrade to a bigger memory
size later. Can they all be upgraded to the max (is it 4Mb?) or only certain
models??
