791.0. "Simcity for the ATARIST" by KADOR::HANNA (Mmmmm Yes) Tue Mar 06 1990 10:54
Is there a ATARIST version of SimCity (a game that simulates running a city
as though you were a mayor - build roads, airports, houses anything to
attract people and then tax them to build more stuff so you attract more
people and have more tax money/budget ... Random disasters occur (plan crash,
nuclear plant meltdown), crime rate goes up, people get sick of high taxes
which leads to them leaving your city. Simcity is about how to cope with
all this.
Seems the game exists for the Amiga.
I'd appreciate a phone number to call and try to order it if it exists.

| Sim city is advertised in the May 1990 addition of ST User Mag in the
UK. It is on the infogames label and advertised for 19.00 pounds by
Softsellers 0473 257158. They take Visa etc.
Let me know what its like if you get a copy.
