    I am looking for someone with experience in up/downloading using
    Spectre GCR. Since I changed from SPECTRE 128 to GCR Kermit does not
    seem to work any more. Has anybody succesfully done filetransfers
    using SPectre? I have tried with VersatermPro and Microphone II and
    Kermit in Server mode on the VAX. No luck! I can't even get Kermit
    to work between a MacSE and my Atari/Spectre back-to-back. This used
    to work with the old Spectre 128. What does work is XMODEM/YMODEM
    between the Mac and the Atari/Spectre. Unfortunately this does not

	Hi J�rgen, I am using MAC240 to up/download software from or to my MICROvax without any problems so far. It works with XMODEM and KERMIT . MACtext,Text and Binary (MACbinary data/resource fork)transfer is possible. Have a Spectre/GCR with version 2.3 software. Beat

	I'm using FreeTerm to do upload/download... I'd like to use Martin Minow's VT200 emulator, but I can't seem to make it work for file transfer. - hbm

	Re .1: I meant to explain more in my entry in .0 but the link break down on me while entering. We have a Mac in the office and I can transfer using either Kermit or XMODEM/YMODEM (I prefer the latter as it is faster with its 1K buffers). This is using the LAT. Anybody with a Mac at home here reports having problems using XMODEM. I suspect it has to do with the ACB because that is the only difference. Does anybody know about it and is there a cure? J�rgen.
