Hey! How come you get good service out of Sean, and he treats me like
the scum of the earth?
I dealt with him in person, and it was probably my most annoying music
store experience (which is no mean feat, considering some of the bozos
I have dealt with).
Maybe I should pretend that I'm mail ordering from out of town, and
never enter the store.
Oh well, some days.

I don't know. He is always friendly, held the piece for a week without
deposit (finally I had to give him a visa deposit to hold it till the next week
but the check got to him the next business day and he immediately backcharged
it), and the piece (1000PX) I just got came DOA. After talking with him he
called Kurzweil and then called me back with instructions. Problem will be
resolved. Maybe he had a bad day :-)?
BTW, he said they were out of 1000PXs.
