I am selling an ATARI 1040ST
1 MEG of RAM
Internal disk drive,
Color monitor,
Panasonic Dot-Matrix printer with a really convincing letter quality mode.
Mouse,
Mouse pad

2 Years old, I bought it at Bit Bucket in Newton.
Runs great
comes with All original software and manuals :
	BASIC
	LOGO
	PAINT PROGRAM
	1st WORD word processor

all for $800 (Bit Bucket in Newton sells this package as of 3/19/89 for ~$1200)



For $200, you can also get the following :

Some books on the Atari,
Bunch of software magazines (START & COMPUTE) including disks of software
worth over $100,
a game called Speed Buggy worth $30,
** Marck Williams C the latest version, bought 3 months ago, worth $170
   never filled out the warranty we could get one and fill it out in the
   buyers name.
Blank disks and a nice Big disk holder



Computer package and all software I will sell together for $900
I will not sell the software seperatey before I sell the computer, because
if no one purchases the computer I will keep it.

all about it and what it can do. Then come to me to buy.

I will be happy to demo, explain, show whatever...
But I am not interested in convincing you to buy an ATARI over some other
computer like a Macintosh or IBM. It is a great computer, works great !!
Just like the Macintosh, but I think better.

The price is kind of firm unless you can convince me that it is unreasonable.
Please only serious inquiries.


It is tough purchasing a computer with no warranty.
But It works GREAT !! never had any chip problems,
the disk drive was replaced last year due to some problems,
the new one works great. 
If you purchase the computer, I will give you 5 days, if anything major goes
wrong you can have your money back provided you did not abuse it, put a disk
in backwards, drop it or something like that. That is the best I can do
for a warranty.
