There is a PD program (and associated files) called FIXTREE by Guy
Albertelli which lets you do this. This program came across the
usenet awhile ago.
I have most of the files but I am missing an important file, MAKERSH.C
(and .PRG), which converts your .RSC files into a .RSH file (which
is C code). There are other .C files that aid you in "loading"
and traversing the resource tree (at least thats what I recall).
If your interested I'll upload what I have, Maybe someone else can
upload the missing files!?
Does anyone have a complete distribution of FIXTREE???
