    LDP::SYS$UNSUPPORTED:TIMMAP.ARC claims to be a program to let you
    create a hemispheric view of the stars for any time/location.  I
    will only leave the program around for about a week before I delete
    it.  Note that I have not de-arc'ed it or tried it yet, hopefully
    it will work.  A person in the Astronomy conference was looking
    for something similar, and I found this on a BBS.

	hi, i copied,dearced and ran the program,it works just fine, but the screen looks like it was generated by an randam number genarator! too many stars. regards, hermann mueller
