  You've been waiting for this.

  Field test 1 of V1.1 of the DIGITAL InfoServer Client for Windows NT is
  available.

  V1.1 FT1 supports InfoServer CD-ROM services AND Hard Disk Services.
  A Hard disk service can be used for staging data prior to burning a
  CD, or for other uses (temp storage, backup, etc). The release notes
  explain how to create a hard disk service using the InfoServer console,
  and how to use the service from WNT.

  WNT 4.0 is required.
    
  The kit can be retrieved using a web browser from the following location:

  or copy from

    tape::ess:[public.ess.kit.wnt_client_v11ft1]

  The kit consists of three files:

     README.TXT  - Installation instructions, etc. (Don't try to
		   install or use the product without reading this first)

     X86FT1.EXE - Self-extracting executable for Intel based systems.
     ALPHAFT1.exe - Self-extracting executable for Alpha based systems. 

  Be sure to remove any prior version of InfoServer Client for WNT before
  attempting installation.

  NOTE: If you copy the kit, would you please let us know you've copied
	it by sending email to TAPE::INFOSERVER. We just want to get an
        approximate count of the number of sites doing testing. THANKS!
