Does anyone have the jumper settings for a cdu920s?

Customer cannot get the drive to hold the cd. After 1-3min cd ejects
without any commands being performed.

Customer did not have documentation on the Sony CDU920s. I will look
to see if the drives jumpers are documented online or ask someone in notes.
Customer says he is getting an error also "ess-f-scsichk code 5" which
is documented in notes as a staging partition size problem. The customer
can not even issue the burn command. Show recorder full gives error,
encoder is not ready.

	Sounds like they have an ID conflict. Have them get to the console prompt (disconnect network and power cycle) and make sure SHOW DEVICE shows all the devices.
