There is a help desk/call tracking system called Target. Is that what you mean?

Probably. Is there anyone still around who is familiar with what it
is/was?

Despite the downsizing, we can still sometimes say
"There's a NOTES file for it, of course!"

See if ISVHUB::TARGET_HOTLINE is still there.........

TARGET the company and TARGET Helpdesk The application were purchased
by Applix of Westboro MA. See the www for more outside info.

Digital Semiconductor uses TARGET 3.3 but is moving toward Applix
Services. SAP R/3 Helpdesk in AKO uses TARGET but is moving toward a
    different platform.

I have heard that there is a Corp wide agreement to use yet a different
    helpdesk application....but I can't remember the name.....

The CCS Help Desk still uses Target, at least in the GMA. Example: Email
responses to problem reports say "Target hotline".
