| Two tokyo cages would be great, or if anyone has two unused dog crates
(open wire, not varikennel type) that would be great too. The idea is
that the cats need to be able to see each other, but not have access to
each other during the introduction phase.

| Another option is to put a screen door on one of the rooms and then
keep one cat in the room. That way they can see each other through
the screen.
If you have an old screen door around, that might be a cheaper
solution.

4982.4 | Cages still needed | CSSE::MACKIEWICZ | | Mon Oct 14 1991 14:09 | 14 |
| Hi,
Some of you asked for more info from me. The screen suggestion is a
good one but I do not have a full length screen door insert. I'll
check around with my neighbors though.
Am still interested in pursuing the cages but have been out due to a
death in my family.
I am at DTN 276-8806 located in Stow OGO1-2/E13. Home is Needham
617-444-3254 if you can't catch me here.
Thanks,
Anne Mackiewicz

| Try Grossman's Bargain outlets for the screen doors. There is
one in Braintree and I know there are others.

4982.6 | In search of Tokyo cage | DACT6::COLEMAN | Mowl Sima Korats | Tue Oct 15 1991 10:08 | 12 |
| I am in search of a Tokyo cage as well. I live in the
Washington DC/Maryland/Virginia metro area. I have looked
at EVERY PET STORE within a 25 mile radius! What I need
it for is my cat and new kittens -- right now they're in
their birthing box, but they are really starting to
move around alot more (they're 1 week old today!)
Let me know if there are any in your area(s) and maybe
we can see about shipping/handling charges, or loans!
Thanks!

| Collapsible Wire Products seems to have the best prices on cages
other than the Tokyo cage and Haddeleigh House or Dog Outfitters
has the best prices on Tokyo Cages.
If you purchase the cage at the show HH charges $120 I believe.
I'll be happy to pick up a cage for anyone provided you give me
the money in advance.
Dog outfitters charges about the same as HH plus shipping. I don't
have their phone number here but I'm sure its in the file somewhere.
Collapsible wire products sells cages that are made of galvanized
steel like those at the cat shows. Their phone number is 414-781-6125
and they are located in Butler Wisconsin.
