| Finally, justice is served! I hope this moron thinks twice before
pulling a stunt like that again!! Kudos to your friend!
Sometimes it is best not to make a scene but get the facts and go
straight to the police.
Why people continue to let their cats breed when their final plan is to
kill the kittens is beyond me.

| I worked really hard to find homes for the kittens for the kat in
the house I was living in because my roommate at the time said that
he was going to "get rid of the kittens" if he couldn't find homes
for all of them.
I still have two kittens to find homes for. They're currently
being kitty-sat by a friend who took two of the kittens. I've seen
them lately, and they're doing well...first exams and shots done.
See below if you're interested...

SWM and SBM (kittens) seek good home(s) for life-long
relationship. We are both short haired, had first shots,
worm-free, and devastatingly cute. Born 28 June 1991. We're
playful, affectionate, litter-box trained. Enjoy fine
meals-from-a-can, greeting you when you come home, playing with a
variety of toys, sitting on your lap, walks on the beach, and
anything else that makes us purr, which is almost everything
(except rap music). Looking for caring, affectionate owner(s)
who will take good care of us, to have a mutually pleasurable and
satisfying relationship for many years.

The kitty-sitter lives is Malden (I-93 and Rt. 60). If interested,
send me mail and I can get you in touch with him. These are the
kittens that I helped deliver back in June.

| Give your friend a big hug from all of us for the wonderful job
he did to save those kittens. Thank god there are wonderful
humans on this planet too!!
Do you happen to know what this jack%$# punishment will be for this
cruelty act? I'd say....give him to us feliners for just one day!!!!
That's all it would take!!!!

he had the kittens, I assume he also had the mom.

in our area, Santa Clara county in California, a cruelty to animals charge is
an offense that can lead to fines and/or jail time. This is a charge that
is decided by trial in front of a judge. I have read that people can be fined
quite heavily, and jailed for a year or more.

I mentioned this story to my husband, a newspaper reporter, and
he said it would make a great story. All you need to do is
call the local paper and tell them about it. That would give
that person a lot of bad publicity......................beth

| Actually, I don't think just putting this b*st*rd in a bag with a rock and
throwing him in the water is enough. My suggestion:
1. Queue up all the FELINErs.
2. The FELINEr at the head of the queue puts him in a bag with a rock.
3. Throw him in the water, and wait till the last moment to pull
him out and resuscitate him.
4. Go back to step 2 with the rest of the queue.
I think repeatedly subjecting him to terror would be much better than just
letting him die ...
