There is a stray kitten (about 6ths old) hanging around my house. She's really cute, white with orange and black. My neighbor and I found her digging through the trash one night. Well, the past few days we've been leaving out food and water. So, of course the kitten is hanging around more. She's really cute and cuddly. She follows me wherever I go. I would like to find her a home that she can go in and outside. Right now she's out all the time, but last night she was sad that I couldn't take her in with me. I live on a main road and I don't want her to get hit, plus I have 2 other cats, which my lease limits me to. So, if you or anyone you know would have a good home please all me. If she's 6 months old she's old enough to get pregnant. If there's
some way for you to take her in that would be desireable.
If you currently have cats be sure to keep her isolated from them
and wash your hands with hot water and soap after touching her.

I found a home for "Misfit". I was asking everyone I talked to yesterday. Well, when I went for my physical therapy appointment I asked my therapist if she or anyone she knew of might want the kitten. She said she thought so and had me tell Mary Jane about the kitten. Mary Jane's cat of 14 years died last year, so she'd like another cat. So, I'm brining the kitten to her today. She has a vet in the family so it's easy to have Misfit taken care of. Can you believe when I called the police department, to ask if anyone had called them about a missing kitten, the woman that answered the phone offered to take the kitten! That would have been great if I hadn't found a home already. I talked to the Dog Officer this morning and nobody has reported the missing kitten. He thought it was probably safe to give her away, but took my info just in case. Debbi | |||||

What a wonderful ending to your story. So often I read notes
in this file about a cat or kitten who needs a home, but seldom
read that they actually found one. You're a very special
person to go searching for a home for "Misfit" the way you
did. So glad it all worked out well.
