4804.0. "Damaged Kitty Needs Home." by HPSRAD::CRUZ () Mon Jul 22 1991 11:09

    	I've rescued a young male orange kitten (about 2 1/2 months old.
    It had suffered a fractured femur (rear) and hip.  Nature set it and 
    because of it the little guy has ended up with that leg slightly shorter
    leg than the good one.  He's recovering nicely and quickly.  He plays just
    like any other youngster his age.  He's affectionate - he thinks my dog
    is its mother - purrs just about all the time, gets along with our other
    two cats (although the cats don't like him - cats aren't too sociable).
    
    	The Vet I took him to told me he would be fine, a short leg and a
    sometimes noticeable limp maybe when he runs, but pretty normal otherwise.
    
    	We have three animals already and can't and won't keep him.  He needs
    a good home.  We are going to go on vacation soon and don't want to have
    him around at that time.  Please help us out.
    
    	Please don't call my DTN.  My wife, Joanne, is the cat person, so, 
    she'll take care of that.  Please call her at Home at (508) 885-3129 after
    work hours or at her Job at (508) 885-4705.  It might be easier at
