I wonder if anyone knows how to get discounted/free tickets
for neutering in the Haverhill, MA area? My neighbor adopted
a cat out of this notes file and, after 2 weeks of howling and
cat fights, has finally agreed to have the little boy neutered.
I'm hoping, since this guy doesn't seem to have much money,
that I can find a free neutering ticket for him.

Happy ending! a woman from this notesfile supplied a neutering
coupon for $20 for my neighbor's kitty. My neighbor took Bart,
his kitty, to the vet for shots and asked about the neutering
process and the coupon. When he found out that a charitable
organization was making up the difference in price, he decided
to not use the coupon. Bart is being fixed wednesday morning!
yeah! maybe now he'll stop howling outside my door!
