| It's amazing how cats find us "kitty suckers". Right now I am
feeding two (J.C. and Van Gogh) which have been around all winter.
I know these guys are strays and do not have homes.
Good luck in finding the original owner.....hopefully he does
have an owner and has just strayed too far.
Keep us posted....Sandy

| Or maybe someone new moved into the neighborhood and he got out too
soon. He may just be trying to get his bearings not knowing the area.
Good luck.

Maybe he just did move?? I had a Tuxedo cat, (more than one...) and he
took off sometime last year. He should be about a year old and I use
to call him Tux.
Better you than me!!!!!!!! I've got 7 to go! Hopefully he belongs to
someone. He sounds like a people cat and has been with humans before!
Welcome, to the "cat-finds-us-no-matter-what"!----------Club!

Yeah, I must have been wearing a huge neon sign that said
"distressed animal sucker" on it.....I really hope I can
find his owner.....

| Sandy,
Nikki and TK do that too, especially Nik. Whenever there is a stray in
our neighborhood I swear Nikki says, "C'mon onto my deck! Mom leaves
us PLENTY of food and water in the nice weather and there's enough to
go around!!"
The stray I'm feeding now eats Iams and Max Cat and canned food mixed
with vitamins! He's getting as big as my other guys! He is also
terrified of people and trap-shy, probably because he's been getting
his meals out in the open for so long. Gotta catch him soon, but the
good food is really making him look less and less scrappy.

| I'm making very good progress with one stray....J.C. We're getting
so close...that I even called the vet and asked him if he would
keep the guy for 2-3 days and fix him, dip him, test him for feluk,
look for ear mites (his ears are black inside), and last but not
least...deworm him. This guy has been in the wilderness for
sometime.....and he deserves to be Number 8 in my household!!
Hopefully within the next two weeks...he's off to the vets! I just
hope that the little bit of "trust" he has gained in both me and
my husband...is not ruined when we trap him.
Who's next....you neven know who will show up in my doorway!!

Well he's still here. There has been ads up at the grocery
and dept. store for two weeks. And I just called the newspaper.
(Raymond is so small the paper only comes out once a week)
I'm going to stop off at the vet clinic (they don't have a number
listed) and ask them to post an ad.
If nothing happens within the next two weeks, I'll be posting
an adoption notice for "Sylvester". He sat outside our door
and cried again last night. =(

I thought I had posted in here that Sylvester had disappeared,
but it must have been elsewhere.
Well up until last night, he was missing for about two weeks.
Cary came home from work last night and guess who appeared!
I didn't realize how much I missed him till he came back. =)
He's very thin (again) and smelled like smoke. Don't know
what that means though.
Anyhow, he's back and if anyone wants to adopt him, he's
still available!
