	Baby Puffer Nutter Junior (BPON) needs to be neutered. We now
	live in Northboro and would like to bring him to the
	Northboro Vet. Clinic. Anyone have any comments on the
	care given  there

    In light of the recent number of set hidden notes, may I suggest that
    whomever has experiences to share do so via mail? I am not trying to
    "play moderator", just trying to avoid this note string going down a
    rathole with the others.

    In fact, try contacting Michele Peluso. She currently worked out a
    deal with the Northboro Vet Clinic in regards to spaying and neutering
    a group of barn cats. She's on FRAGLE::PELUSO.

    I have had the best experiences w/ Northboro (i've tried several), well
    maybe the exception was Angel Memorial...... ;^)

    They can be a bit pricey, but they've been so helpful w/ my stray
    neutering project, that it's worth paying a bit more for the regular
    stuff.

    Its perfectly ok to list positive experiences in this file. In fact,
    I think if you word it correctly it is ok to list personal experiences
    that are not positive. Its all in how its done. If you have questions
    read the policy guidelines or compose a note and send it to one of the
    moderators before posting it.

4632.4I hope this is OKMCIS2::HUSSIANBut my cats *ARE* my kids!!Mon May 13 1991 12:5410
    OK, then....I wasn't going to say anything, but my experiences haven't
    ALL been positive w/ Northboro. They haven't all been unpleasant
    either. I AM looking for another vet, (been refered to one already as a
    matter of fact, just have to call & do it BEFORE I need her services)If
    you wish, you may contact me by mail for details.

    I will say, they've done WONDERFUL things for Michelle, so I wouldn't
    just go by one bad report. Just be careful, is all.

4632.5compared to SHR animal hospitalASDS::NIGROMon Jul 29 1991 19:488
    I use the Shrewsbury Animal Hospital, and have been very satisfied with
    them. I am considering adopting a cat, and the overall fees, comparing
    Northboro and Shrewsbury, the latter comes out being cheaper. They
    have taken care of my cat for over eight years now. She's a beautiful
    calico, outdoor cat, and it's a miracle that we live in the city, and
    sh'es lived this long. I love her to pieces.
